The Telemark 2 LW is one of the most advanced tents in the world; made of state-of-the-art fabrics and components including advanced ventilation, easily adjustable guy ropes, magnetic ‘quick-snap’ door closure and an outer door which can be converted into a canopy. The Telemark 2 is a very spacious tent with room enough for two, including a porch for storage and cooking. It is equipped with mesh windows, inner pockets, YKK zippers and Duraflex trim while the corner pole pockets are made of ultra sturdy Cordura. The LW version of the Telemark 2 comes with DAC aluminium poles and triple twister aluminium pegs.

The story behind the name

Telemark is a county in southeastern Norway next to the Skagerrak coastline. It is a land covered with mountains, hills, valleys and lakes, hence its original name Bratsberg meaning ‘steep mountain’. Telemark offers a wide variety of national parks, picturesque fjells and plenty of possibilities for trekking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
